On July 1, 2026, Whitaker Construction proudly welcomed Dry Creek Structures to the Whitaker family, marking another exciting chapter in our company's continued growth. While acquisitions often focus on expanding services or increasing market reach, this one represents something much bigger—it strengthens our commitment to employee- ownership and creates new opportunities for our customers, our communities, and all of our employee-owners.

For more than 70 years, we've built a reputation for tackling some of the Intermountain West's most challenging heavy civil and underground utility construction projects. Dry Creek Structures has earned an equally impressive reputation for delivering exceptional bridge construction, structural concrete, water tanks, underground utilities, and excavation work.
By combining our expertise, we're creating a 100% employee-owned company capable of delivering more complete infrastructure solutions than ever before.
