The cell was then subsequently lined with 850,000 SF of GCL, 1,009,000 SF of HDPE liner and 437,000 SF of drain net. The project also included placement of 48,000 CY of initial cover soils over the new liner system. The project also included storm drain piping, a new leachate pond and 3,500 feet of HDPE leachate piping, development of new access roads and revegetation.
