UV CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE
UDOT I-80 CASTLE ROCK TO WY STATE LINE

This project includes rehabilitation of the existing storm drain culverts under I-80 with 9,932' of 24" UVCIPP liner pipe and 230' of 26" & 402' of 32" segmental pipe liner. The project included cleaning and tying-in of the existing pipes, installation of new box structures and dewatering.
FOREST GROVE WWTP OUTFALL PIPELINE - PHASE A
$835,000- Completed in 2017
The project includes installation of UV CIPP liner installation in approximately 1,300 feet of 42-inch outfall pipe, fabricating steel pipe fittings, in-place rehabilitation of 4 manholes, installation of approximately 20 feet of new 48-inch pipe, and connecting the rehabilitated pipe and manholes to the existing pipeline. The project also includes demolishing and removing existing items from the site as well as performing other miscellaneous civil upgrades.

- PHASE B
$1.53 Million- Completed in 2019
This project consists of the rehabilitation of 1,912 ft of 42" spirolite pipe by UVCIPP and rehabilitation of 3 existing concrete manholes with FRP manholes and installation of one new FRP manhole. The project also includes removal and replacement of the Tualitin River outlet which required a cofferdam, dewatering, silt controls and in-water work to complete.
